Michael is a highly rated certified trainer with 35+ years experience. His expertise and vast experience in team building, DISC Personality Assessment and Leadership has equipped him with the training and skills necessary to lead an organization such as A Few Good MENtors, Inc (AFGM). Michael is also the host of The MaleBox podcast. Since 2019 Michael Morgan has been leading his nonprofit organization, AFGM. Mr. Morgan saw a need for experienced men to mentor to younger men in Northern Virginia. Because of the good things his mentors taught him, he’s made it his mission to do the same for others. It really does take a village and we want to be that village in our community.
